Improve 5 Spectacles for Subordinate Cities of Epic quality and above by consuming Historic City Fragment(s) and Hephaestus Hammer(s) to get powerful attributes!
Players can convert Historic City Keys to obtain Historic City Fragments, and obtain the Hephaestus Hammer by participating in the King’s Party event.
