Since the launch of “Run! Goddess”, we have faced many twists and challenges together. A series of bugs and issues such as power reduction, account lost, recharge delays, and crashes have greatly affected your gameplay experience and caused frustration, criticism, and doubt. We extend our deepest and most sincere apologies to every Dawn Bringer who has been affected.
Since launch, we’ve received an overwhelming amount of valuable feedback from Dawn Bringers. In response to these concerns, we’ve held emergency internal discussions to address the most pressing problems as quickly as possible. Today, the development team would like to formally respond to your most frequently mentioned issues and share our improvement plan for the future development of “Run! Goddess”.
We solemnly affirm that our original intention, to bring joy through gaming, has never changed. We genuinely hope Dawn Bringers will continue to hold us accountable as we strive to deliver a long-lasting and enjoyable experience.

Why are there so many bugs at launch, and why are fixes so slow?
Due to tight development schedules and limited staffing, many issues emerged during the initial release. While we prioritized urgent fixes immediately, some delays occurred due to ongoing version development. We deeply apologize and issued Compensation Chests on April 19 as a gesture of goodwill. Going forward, we will accelerate fixes and deliver a higher-quality experience.

The game feels repetitive or boring over time.
We are actively developing new gameplay content and closely reviewing community suggestions. If you have good ideas, we invite you to share them in the community. We are planning to release more fun, strategic gameplay modes to improve your experience.

Bug Fix Status and Explanation

Power Decrease Issue
This was caused by a calculation logic bug. It has since been fixed in a recent version, and power values now display correctly. Although the fix caused a perceived drop in power, we issued universal compensation on April 19. We’ll enhance testing processes to prevent similar issues in the future.

Game Crashes and Lag
Due to short testing cycles and unexpectedly high server loads, some users experienced frequent crashes or lag. We released an optimization update on April 11, which significantly improved performance. We apologize for the inconvenience and will continue to enhance server stability.

Recharge Not Received
Some players experienced delayed or missing recharge credits due to payment return delays. All affected users have been compensated. If you experience issues, please contact Customer Support, and we will handle them promptly.

Account Binding Issues
There were occasional glitches involving social account binding, causing account access problems. If this affects you, please contact Customer Support for recovery assistance. We strongly recommend binding your account to prevent data loss.
