We’re thrilled to announce that the level cap for Civilization Treasures has been raised to level 8, which means they can now offer even higher attributes to all Monarchs.
To upgrade your Civilization Treasures with Treasure Fragments, simply go to Wonder – Civilization Treasure. You can obtain Treasure Fragments by opening Treasure Boxes.
