A dragon’s Talent 1 and Talent 2 are active at the same time, with no switching required—activate both and deploy the dragon in battle.
Talent 3 requires active use. You can click the “…” in the lower right corner of the main interface, then enter “Active Skill” to view all dragons’ Talent 3. Click the one you want to use or switch to, and it will activate by consuming a specified number of Dragon Source Fragments. By the way, Castle Decorations’ active skills can also be checked and used on this page.
