Castle fragments are used exclusively for castle upgrades and cannot be used to combine castles.
Corresponding fragments are only available for castles that support upgrades, including Golden Castle, Siren Island, Athens, Nine Worlds, Colosseum of Rome, Thebes, and Farnese.
