How to keep my progress on a new device or after reinstalling?

A. When changing to a new device or reinstalling the game after an update, please log in with the third-party account you previously linked on your old device, and confirm which server your original progress is on.

  • If you are automatically placed into a different server after logging in, simply switch back to your original server to recover your previous progress.

  • If the game starts from the beginning after reinstalling, it is usually because the same account automatically created a new character on a new server. Switch back to your original server to continue with your existing progress.
