The Family Group feature is officially launched, allowing you to create meaningful connections and enjoy the game together!

Family Group Feature details include:

  • Go to Settings > Account > Family Group to view full details.
  • You can create a Family Group, invite other players to join, or accept invitations from others.
  • Once created, the group cannot be deleted, and the link between accounts and group members cannot be removed. Please carefully consider before creating or joining.
  • Each group starts with one member slot, and more slots can be unlocked by increasing your VIP level.
  • If an invite is not accepted within the specified time, it will be considered rejected.
  • Family group members can exchange resources freely.
Please update your game to the latest version to avoid any display issues or other unexpected errors with group invitations.

  1. I don’t understand what this function is supposed to do? I am linked to another account now, a friend in my alliance, but I don’t see any difference in the way resources are shared? transporting still has the same tax, and there doesn’t seem to be any difference at all. This same friend in my alliance that I am linked to has a friend in another alliance he added to his family group, and he can’t share resources to her at all by transport either- it’s like it’s no different at all.

    How is this feature supposed to work?

  3. How to send resources freely. Transport is still asking for tax. That doesn’t seem freely to me. Please define freely?

  4. I got a question about transporting resources, does it mean that rate of fees will be 0? i link 2 accounts and when i try to transport it still gives the rate of fees to be 21%

  5. How Can you share resources freely? Transporting between accounts is still charging a tax ot at least displaying the tax.

  7. So how do we actually exchange rss? I created a family group, added one account, accepted the invite there, it’s listed under my family, but there is literally no difference and i see no option to exchange resources. how does this work in actuality?

  8. So I invited a friend from another server who can’t migrate and is on a server that requires to stay bubbled or get hit. My goal was to help send gems to buy bubbles or something but it won’t let me. Why even allow cross server family links if you can’t use it to send items to those on other servers?

      We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused. Please note that players on different servers are unable to send items to each other via the family group function. However, you are welcome to exchange resources with members within your family group without any penalties, by transporting or looting resources.
