Based on the above buffs, the recommended generals for gathering are Queen Jindeok, Gaius Marius, Constance I, and Shimazu Yoshihiro.
In terms of resource-gathering speed, Queen Jindeok is better than Princess Lucy, so once Queen Jindeok is recruited, she can be used first. At the same time, you can use Resources Gathering Speedup to increase efficiency.
Troop Load does not necessarily depend on generals. All Troops Load could also be improved by increasing the number of Troops collected and the Loyalty Horn in the Monarch Gear. The higher the level of Loyalty Horn, the higher the gain of All Troops Load.
